Our cold plunge and infrared sauna are available to those with an open gym membership. Gym member lounge, showers and coffee bar open to all. Protein bars, powders, recovery drinks and preworkout beverages available for purchase.

group Classes

Group fitness classes are the cornerstone of our community here at CrossFit Murray. With a variety of times offered from early morning to after school or work, we’ll make sure you get your workout in no matter how busy you are. In addition to traditional CrossFit classes we have a CrossFit Lift class available, which focuses on building strength through major lifts along with accessory muscle and core work in a low-impact format. Come get your sweat on and make new friends!

 

nutrition Coaching

Whether you are looking to gain lean muscle, lose some weight, reduce chronic disease risk, or just figure out how to eat healthy without following diet fads or gimmicks, our nutrition coach is here for you.

 

open gym

Open Gym is perfect for our early risers and those who want to work individually on their movements and exercises. We have Open Gym every day 5am-10pm, except during group classes.
