Transformation Tuesday



Aaaaand another one of our amazing athletes, Michael Dobbs, gets a  #transformationtuesday shoutout! He started working with Angie McCord- Fitness, Nutrition & Life Improvement last November on macro dieting. He got serious with tracking his macros in February. His before and after photos tell it all. We are incredibly proud of him and his dedication to his clean eating and fitness! Way to go Michael!

Transformation Tuesday!



This guy! WOW! We are SO proud of Chris and all of the hard work he’s put in. He’s been with us since 2014! He decided to change his diet up a bit at the beginning of May of this year. He’s counts his macros daily (40% protein 30% carb and 30% fat) — since May 1st, he’s lost 30 LBS!!!! Way to go Chris! You’re looking great, continue to stay motivated!
