Crockpot Apple Chicken

6 Granny Smith Apples 
3 large purple onions
1 Tbls salt
1 Tbls pepper
1 Tbls paprika 
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 pounds chicken breast

Chop 4 of the apples (about 650 grams) and the 3 onions and place in crockpot. Add spices and vinegar. Lay chicken on top and cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken in crockpot and combine with apples and onions. Slice remaining two apples.  Serve over sliced apples. 

This makes a ton, so depending on your caloric needs could be between 10-15 servings. It's great to portion out and freeze and tastes great over sweet potatoes!
