Why do you CrossFit?

When the WOD is terrible and you want to quit. When you just can't seem to master a skill. When a weight just won't go up and you want to quit. Why do you CrossFit? Think about that right now and come up with your answer. You may do it to be a better mom and show your girls how to be strong. Maybe you to it because you used to play sports in high school or college and miss the thrill of competition. Or maybe you just want to look damn good in jeans. Whatever your reason, cling to it when CrossFit is challenging. Think of it when you want to quit in a WOD. That ability to persevere will translate into all areas of your life and make you physically, mentally and emotionally stronger. And don't we all need that?
