Summer's here and it is very important in this heat to stay well hydrated. Most of us are probably not drinking enough water, and when we get to the box, the heat can really do us in. Try this tip to keep a close watch on your hydration. Weigh yourself before and after your workout see if your water intake is sufficient. If there is:

-1 to +1 pounds difference you are well hydrated
-1 to -3 minimally dehydrated
-3 to -5 significantly dehydrated
... -5 or higher seriously dehydrated

All but the first are bad so DRINK UP!
