Great intense WOD today! Back Squats 3-3-3. Start at RX (95/65) and bump up 20 pounds each set. Then 7 min AMRAP of 5 back squat (95/65), 10 mountain climbers, waiter's walk (55/35). Average score was 7 rounds with the best score being a 9.
